Many state lawmakers believe that 5G is a federal issue and they are powerless to do anything about tit. But this is not true. Several states have established commissions to investigate and report on the health and safety issues of wireless radiation in general, and 5g in particular. Here is a sample law any state can use to establish a commission.

The ART Code Checklist
Local zoning laws regarding small cells and other wireless infrastructure are complex and full of terms and conditions that can be confusing to local lawmakers. To make it easier for these officials to cut through the legalese and find out if their code has the necessary language to protect citizens, we developed this simple one-page checklist. Of course there are many other provisions that are important to include in zoning for small cells, but these are some of the most important.
