U.S. Supreme Court Rejects CTIA Challenge to Berkeley Cell Phone Right-to-Know Law

BREAKING NEWS: In a stunning victory for the medical and public health community, and of course, the American people, today the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a regulatory challenge brought by the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) against the City of Berkeley, California. The regulation requires cell phone retailers to warn consumers at the point of sale that carrying a cell phone in a pocket or bra to could present radiation health risks.
