NYC Allows Installation of 5G Antennas on Street Lamps
The Big Apple will be blanketed from head to toe in never-tested 5G antennas, with many popping up just mere feet from peoples' bedroom windows.
"Recently, the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications approved 10 franchise agreements with several companies to install 5G equipment on street lamps and some traffic-light poles. The companies are: Crown Castle, CSC Wireless (affiliated with Altice), ExteNet Systems, New Cingular Wireless PCS (affiliated with AT&T), New York SMSA Limited Partnership (affiliated with Verizon), Transit Wireless (serving all four major carriers), and ZenFi Networks.
